Quick Journey to Guangzhou and Shanghai
Haven't update this blog for quite some time ... I did a day-trip to Guangzhou with colleagues on Jan 12 and spent a night on Jan 17 in Shanghai.The Shanghai journey was a good one ... have been under huge pressure at work in Hong Kong but once I got on the plane, I was relieved (at least for 2 days!). Transportation for the whole journey was very smooth (thanks to Alex!). The food was remarkable ... everything was good ... it would be even better if I could stay there for the weekend with Alex.

why only spent such a short time in shanghai?
I'd love to stay there for the weekend but it was a business trip ... I went there to attend two meetings (one on Wed pm and one on Thur am) ... if the trip was Thur/Fri, I would definitely stay behind myself ... haha ...
surely there are ways to schedule the meetings closer to the weekend!
Of course la ... but the problem is that my boss was coming along and she was taking annual leave on that Friday. That was why I couldn't shift the appointments :)
too bad!
