Blogging on the move

I used to post new blog entries via my PDA phone but there are certain limitations with that ... having spent a few days researching for my new toy - eeePC, I learnt a new trick by connecting the laptop with my HSPDA-enabled PDA phone. Now I'm able to browse the Net ultra-fast at 3.5G access speed. People may already be doing that by subscribing to some similar services with an external USB device (e.g. Smartone Vodafone). But now I can save that money and bring less gadgets. Sounds good huh!? You may not be as excited as I am when you read this post but frankly, I'm really excited 'cos I need mobility AND flexibility.

iPhone

My friend Kenneth showed me his new toy - iPhone - today ... to my surprise, it's of a relatively large size ... similar to my Dopod phone but thinner ... it's got a huge (I mean it!) screen - perfect for video playback or youtube. The only drawback is that it's still running 2G and thus it only supports WiFi or EDGE for web surfing. Kenneth unlocked the phone himself and thus it can be used for making phone calls now. Overall, it's a cool toy!
