Just like companies rushing for flotation in the stock market, people are taking the last chance in Nov and Dec to get married in 2007. I was told that Nov/Dec are really good time for marriage ...

Subsequent to Eric's wedding on Friday, I attended Raymond and Connie's wedding banquet on Sunday. And two weeks ago I was in Patrick's wedding ceremony in TST. It's always good to see the sweet moments and the sweet couples ... life is good! Isn't it?!

Wedding Party

I attended a pretty cozy and enjoyable wedding party on Sunday night.

My friend Jacky Chiu (who was my comrade in HKTDC 8 years ago) hosted a wedding party for friends in a private club in Knutsford Terrace. This is the first non-traditional wedding dinner that I've ever participated so far 'cos the rest are mostly a Chinese or Chinese/Western hybrid banquet in a restaurant or hotel.

Before I arrived, I was quite scared that the dinner would be a boring one 'cos it's very likely that I only know 1 of the many guests. Yes Natalie is the only one that I know but then I got to know a number of new friends ... Wallace and Wesley ... we chit-chat throughout the dinner ... had a lot of wine and then proceeded to karaoke together with the crowd after the dinner.

I enjoy this Sunday night party (though I failed to go home earlier as originally planned for my Powerpoint presentation on Monday ... Monday morning is gonna be a tough one for me!)
