CRM in Taxi

I met a sophisticated taxi driver today.

When I was in a taxi traveling from my office in Wanchai to SOHO in Central for dinner after work, I saw a large PDA (pretty old model of 02 but the screen is huge!) in front of the driver. For no reason, I asked the driver if he keeps his customers' contacts and frequent travel routes in that PDA and to my surprise, he did! You won't believe that taxi drivers have better CRM than some companies ...

Friends

Other than work, rest and some other engagements, I haven't been able to really see my friends for quite a long time. But you know there could be endless work ahead! It's not an excuse really.

Last Friday, I began reconnecting with my friends via SMS and email. Suggested/invited a number of friends to meet up whenever my schedule allows ...

Pizza Pizza

I had pizza and a bottle of wine in Pizza Express @ Stanley Main Street last night ... and this evening my family and I had pizza again in Pizza Express ... this time in 3 Pacific Place.

Although I always wanted to dedicate more time for my family, I could hardly do that given various things ahead of me ... obviously office work is the number one killer for me lately ... but then even without that, I doubt if I would have any spare time ... :)

Building a Team

A powerful team is not something that we can take for granted. I'm now trying to build one. In my mind, the followings are important ... any ideas / comments from you my friends?
